Job Summary

The AGCO Global Forecasting and Planning team has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Forecasting & Planning Specialist to join its team in delivering extraordinary results to our farmers. The Global Forecasting and Planning team is responsible for inventory management and anticipating the needs of the customer. This is a role with growth potential and developmental opportunities. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network. This candidate will ultimately be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and making decisions in the inventory planning process for the global AGCO’s parts distribution network. Specifically, the Forecasting & Planning Specialist will work to deliver improved (parts service) fill rate levels across a portfolio of brands / products that AGCO dealers sell and promote. This role will require balancing targeted fill rates with inventory objectives, and is designated for an individual that is analytically proficient and capable of making inferences from various sources of data.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Service, Logistics to optimize opera ng costs, inventory value, and customer service levels Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production facilities, New Product Launch Specialist, and Purchasing and Procurement to ensure new product availability in me to support launch date Identify and incorporate product knowledge, dealer profiles, seasonality and regional / local conditions to enhance inventory planning capabilities Steer continuous improvement in Forecast & Planning to improve parts availability and service Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual results / accomplishments Manage and manipulate data in Excel, SQL, SAS, Tableau

BS/BA degree in Math, Statistics, Business, or equivalent experience 2+ years working in an inventory management capacity or data analytics role 2+ years working with Microsoft Excel Fluent English Spanish is a plus
