WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

AgRevolution is looking for aGeneral Parts Managerlocated in theMayfield, Kentuckyarea.This position will manage a dealership parts operations to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. Additionally this position will optimize parts department processes while attracting, retaining and effectively engaging functional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Facilitate the development and management of effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Promotes and merchandises parts and accessories.
• Coordinates the annual department goals and budgeting process, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives in addition to developing and executing department marketing plans while monitoring monthly achievement of goals and plans.
• Ensures accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures.
• Manages parts warranty and return claims processes in addition to maximizing order discount programs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in parts department operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, parts inventory management systems and internet functions.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting financial and management reports relative to parts department operations.
