What You Will Do

• Maintains the integrity of the general ledger including the preparation, verification and input of journal entries, transactions and supporting documents.
• Perform monthly close activities for Accounts Payables, GL, reconciliation, analysis of accounts and monthly analysis report.
• Liaise with Company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on Company related matters and submissions.
• Maintaining filing of records documents and accounting reports.
• Perform other tasks or initiatives as directed by line manager.
• Additional support responsibilities for finance operations like Wire payment preparation and processing & Anti-corruption policy compliance and reporting.

What You Will Bring

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / ACCA / ACA / CPA / CIMA / MIA or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• At least 3 year(s) of handle full set account work experience.
• Must have knowledge about Accounts Payable & GL process, practices and principle.
• Knowledge in Accounting Standards, Taxation and Audit.
• Attention to detail and able to deal with considerable amount of data is an added advantage.
• Strong technology expertise, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Simpang Ampat.
