RPA Controller

The RPA Controller is an experienced RPA Developer who has comprehensive knowledge of the Blue Prism RPA platform. This is a key role that supports and administers the day to day running of Blue Prism processes in the live environment. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the stability of the Blue Prism IT environment, investigating and resolving any issues in the live processes, and raising change requests or support calls where required. The RPA Controller oversees the set-up and configuration of the automated processes at the implementation pilot stage and takes part in defining best practices.

What You Will Do:

• Daily operation of the Blue Prism live environment (running processes, schedules, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs etc.)
• Review processes at implementation pilot stage
• Perform audit activities to establish audit compliance
• Manage and investigate exceptions and errors related to automated solutions
• Ensure the stability of the Blue Prism IT environment
• Provide exceptional customer experience for our business users and stakeholders and make sure our SLAs are met
• Take part in defining best practices regarding blue prism development and infrastructure maintenance
• Adjust existing processes and develop new solutions using advanced process and object studio skills if required

What You Will Bring:

• Blue Prism development background (2+ years of experience)
• 2-4 years of Robotics, VB, C# or JavaScript development experience
• Business fluency in English
