Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position ofCM2 Admin.

The CM2 admin is responsible for organizing the CRB (Change Implementation Board) and the CIB (Change Implementation Board) meetings for several global AGCO’s product lines. This is a global role that requires some flexibility with work hours to adjust to different time zones. We offer a hybrid work model, and some international travel may be required.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for governing a close loop change process for global products.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Change Process documentation for AGCO product change process.
• Invite to CRB and CIB Meetings
• Prepare agendas for CRB and CIB Meetings
• Collect all required documentation for a pending CR approval
• Record and document outcome of CRB and CIB meetings

What You Will Bring:

• CM2 methodology as outlined by the Institute of Process Excellence, or comparable skill set
• PLM (PTC Windchill preferred)
• Good working knowledge of the following:
• Day-to-day operational environment locally, regionally cross-functionally, and globally

BUSINESS EXPERTISE

1. 1. Discreet Manufacturing experience is preferred plus.
   2. Global company experience is a plus.
   3. Cross-functional project experience is a plus.
   4. Configuration management skills are a strong plus.

• Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex environment.
• Fluent in English.
• CM2-C certification, CM2-P is a plus.
