The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees.In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our internal business partners.

TheSr. Manager, Regional Talent Managerhas regional ownership of Talent Management and plays a critical role in contributing to and supporting the development, implementation, promotion, and monitoring of talent management solutions. Working as part of the global Talent Management team, the role will lead talent related projects, designing, delivering and facilitating programs, consistently looking for ways to improve, simplify and bring creative solutions to TM issues within the team and to the benefit of the organization. The regional TM lead will partner closely with HRBPs and Talent Management across the region to manage all talent programs and activities (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession & Workforce Planning, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition)

  • Lead Talent Management activities and framework at regional level to meet the organization’s business needs. Global ownership of one Talent Management Process.

  • Plan and manage the design, development and implementation of talent related processes and programs. Contribute to or lead new projects in areas of expertise and in adjacent areas

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 10年的人力资源经验广度的诺里居民区上空dge across talent management, talent acquisition and organizational development.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational organization, ideally in an industrial environment.
  • Solutions-oriented, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues and problems both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong systems expertise (Success Factors), data driven, and results focused.Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects

A plus if you have:

  • Master’s degree is preferred
  • Bi-lingual in any other language
