Team Leader Engineering Hydraulic H/F

Job description :

Within the Engineering Department, you will be in charge of a team of 10 people including technicians and engineers in charge of the design of hydraulic system (steering, brakes, auxiliary valves, etc.) for tractors designed in Beauvais.

Job Responsabilities :

• Manage the hydraulic and pneumatic team
• Ensure the development of team member’s skills
• Lead the working method improvement of related to hydraulic and pneumatic system
• Be part of the New product Definition (technical definition and cost estimation … )
• Ensure compliance with safety requirement and homologation rules.
• Write and validate the component's specifications for the new developments and ensure that the technical solutions proposed by suppliers meet our expectations
• Collaborate with the testing department during the validation campaigns, in order to identify and solve failures
• Follow up of the FMEAs plan related to hydraulic functions
• Met the cost target, planning and delivery commitment
• Work with assembly department to apply the manufacturing constraints.
• Provide support to manufacturing department and after-sales service
• Work with other engineering inside AGCO GROUP to ensure the implementation of hydraulic and pneumatic module components.

Your profile :

Graduated of a Master’s Degree of Engineering, you have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, with a first successful experience in management.

You have a good skills on off-road hydraulic systems and have already worked in an international company.
